Our goal is complete customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with the quality of your order, contact us within 30 days and we will reprint it free of charge, unless the poor image quality results from inadequate resolution or improper exposure or from errors in user customization, including spelling, grammar, positioning of text and other elements, color use, or orientation/cropping of images.

Your use of Go Filmet's software and services states that you have the legal right to upload, share or copy with Go Filmet, and print User Submitted Material, which includes any materials you submit, without limitation, such as photographs, images, text, graphics. If properly lit, posed and composed, nudes are normally printed. Exceptions include images that expose genitals, are suggestive/sexually explicit, or violate any of the above.
Go Filmet abides by all legal requirements that affect photo processing, and has an established policy regarding objectionable or obscene material. If you believe your work might be affected by these policies, call customer service.
All offers, products and prices are subject to change without notice. Because Go Filmet does not manufacture the substrates, materials, and products that we use for printing, we cannot guarantee availability and delivery. Orders that contain products with backordered supplies can have those items cancelled and refunded.
